Tom Morley, Chairman and CEO
Tom Morley is a successful, self-made entrepreneur and business executive with a 10-year track record of growing and leading high-performing technology companies in North America. Since 1998, he has been the President and CEO of August Reign, a global software solutions and services firm.

Under Tom's leadership, August Reign has quickly grown to an innovative leader in streaming media security, transportation software services, and cloud computing markets. Prior to founding August Reign, Mr. Morley served as chief programmer / analyst for the Department of Energy's Open Access Same-time Information System, as well as a technology consultant for various clients including government entities, financial firms, and internet startups.

James Stewart, Chief Technology Officer
James Stewart joined August Reign in 2009, helping to drive the company's technology strategy and roadmap. Bringing over 20 years of innovative design, management, and application architecture experience, he provides leadership by helping August Reign bridge the gap between technology, and our customer's needs.
